Developing a data sorting program

We currently have a data sorting and presenting program which has a few issues we want to fix and then build on. The second part of the project is a Telegram engagement chat bot. We have both the data program and the chat bot developed which means that you will be working on an already created code. The programs were written in C# on MySQL. I will send you both the code and the project's specifics. The engagement bot runs rounds on the platform of Telegram every 3 hours. It's purpose is to collect the usernames of every user who wants to participate in an engagement round and once this round begins, send a list with all the usernames to each member. After a specified period of time, it checks whether all the participants liked and commented the last Instagram post of everyone on the list. Knowing the purpose of the bot is essential for the project which is why I'm adding this short explanation.
