REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROJECT- TWO PARTS. SOFTWARE/WEBSITE 1. SOFTWARE (we know this is somewhat simple to write/code) FUNCTION. Searches the "wanted section" on CRAIGSLIST for a specific item, then matches it with the item on EBAY. (1 item at a time) OUR CUSTOMER. Software will be sold in the form of a license to be marketed as a "HOME BASED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY" via the internet. The customer will make money by charging a broker fee of 10% for each item sold. (unlike the affiliate structure of [login to view URL]) DESIGN. Very similar to [login to view URL] (use for a guide) A. Craigslist and Ebay open up into the software. B. ON THE LEFT SIDE OF CRAIGSLIST. Customer will have the ability to search the "wanted section" of ANY city in the world for an item of value. (their choice/anything of value they feel they could match/find on Ebay) When they find an item the would highlight it by clicking on it. Then they would click on a tab "Search Ebay" C. ON THE RIGHT SIDE EBAY would automatically open and search and find the item highlighted. D.*** Come up with a system in which each transaction would flow easily, where the buyer of this software could maintain control of each and every sale. By charging a 10% broker fee. (maybe by registering their email address in the software) ****WE ARE LOOKING TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN COME UP WITH WITH REGARDS TO OVERALL DESIGN AND FUNCTIONS. Note. Very Corporate looking 2. WEBSITE (to sell the software) A. Once again, Very corporate looking. Nothing at all like [login to view URL] We are looking for a clickable website with 5 or so pages. (we will provide content when we receive pricing) B. Video on website of a screen-shot of how the software operates. (of an actual transaction) C. Software will be sold and downloaded from website. (website will need a buy now button/merchant services, maybe PayPal) D. VERY IMPORTANT. After customer downloads software, before they open it up, there must be a click-thru license/registration agreement. (like when you buy a Microsoft product) We are looking for a proposal that includes the following; 1. Overall Design (software) 2. Overall Function (software) 3. Price 4. Time Frame Must be compatible with Apple and PC.
