PCB/firmware design for iPhone accessory

Looking for an experienced pcb designer with firmware development knowledge. The accessory will be connected to the iPhone through the lightning port. Knowledge about iOS interfaces and app development is strongly desirable. The project requires 4 pcb designs to be made, which will be divided into a few stages: 1. Developing a custom prototype pcb which will feature a lightning connector and micro usb connector. This pcb will serve as a connection between the iPhone and the accessory. After the prototype is tested and working a smaller, a final product version will be needed. You would be required to have knowledge about production techniques in order to be able to create proper models and files needed for final product manufacturing. 2. Developing a custom prototype pcb which will be inside the phone accessory. This part will be connected to the iPhone through the first pcb. Microcontroller programming will be needed, firmware development and a basic iOS app for testing purposes. After the prototype is finished a smaller, mass production model will be required. Please note that the current job involves creating custom designs, writing firmware, a simple iOS app and testing. This requires knowledge in a few areas.
