Looking for Unity Game Developers for Action RPG

Hello. First of all thanks for your time. We are looking for a small team of 2-3 professional programmers and game developers (do not have to be a pre-formed team, we can choose individual freelancers) with experience in the Unity Engine. The total budget to be divided between the programmers is USD 3.500. The game will be an Open World Action Third-Person Fantasy RPG with a dark theme like Dark Souls game and mechanics like Genshin Impact. You need to have experience in Unity, hence previous work examples will be required. Your task will be to integrate the assets we will provide and use them to create some of the game mechanics. We already have a programmer that is developing some of the game systems, like inventory, quests, skills, so keep in mind that you will need to keep in touch as you build the Scripts, as all the systems must fit together, and some of the code you write will need to be invoked from a system that you do not develop and, in the same sense, you might need to call some functions that are not part of your development process. We will detail this with more depth on the interview. Also the level is being designed, so that is not required. Mainly, what you need to do is: - Creating the GameObjects corresponding to each world element with its functionality (Characters, pickups, proyectiles, NPCs, enemies, interactuable objects, etc.) - Characters animations and behavior based on their state. - AIs for the enemies and neutral NPC. - Physics and collisions. - Creating the needed shaders for the 3D elements. - Game UI (only the functionality, we will provide the resources) - Handling player input. - The game will be multiplayer, so all the server-client related code.
