Game Developer

Job Description: VE (VOID Elementals) is an NFT collection on the WAX blockchain. VE is currently transitioning from collectible cards to a digital TCG (Trading Card Game). If you’re a Game Developer with Unity experience and a passion for creating high-quality Trading Card games and a beautiful user experience, you could be the perfect fit for this role. Responsibilities: -Rapidly prototype existing ideas & mechanics into fun and engaging gameplay experiences. -You will work closely with our core team in order to test, implement and iterate rapidly on early-stage game concepts. -Create small proofs-of-concept and reports in order to test game mechanics. -Implement game mechanics, UI, animation, graphic effects while also solving fun, innovative, and creative gameplay challenges. Qualifications & Skills: -Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, UI/UX, 3D objects, and animation. -Strong knowledge of C# and deep understanding of object-oriented programming. -A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code -Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git. -2+ years experience as a Game Developer -Experience with Unity -Experience with Web 3.0 is a plus but not necessary -Strong analytical, debugging and optimization skills -Strong communication and collaboration with other team members -Provide estimated time to complete programming task/objectives. -Experience with card games and especially TCGs/CCGs/LCGs is a plus
