hola me parece interesante el proyecto, recien estoy empezando como freelance mas por pasion, para abordar trabajos como estos que me parezcan interesantes de abordar, sin embargo tengo bastante experiencia en el ambito privado, soy ingeniero electronico y trabajo actualmente como ingeniero de datos, para abordar el problema que planteas, desde mi punto de vista lo recomendable seria utilizar redes neuronales convolucionales CNN, que es conocida su eficacia en en el reconocimiento y comparacion de imagenes, se podria utilizar modelos pre-entrenados conocidos como ResNet, Inception y VGG disponibles en librerías como TensorFlow y PyTorch que podrian ser un buen punto de partida para extraer todas la informacion de las imagenes A y B respectivamente, despues se aplicaria tecnicas de comparacion de imagenes, modelos matematicos conocidos para ello, todo esto se afinaria en base a los resultados obtenidos, lo ideal seria partir de una muestra de imagenes que brindes; bueno, me gustaria que me contactes y con gusto ayudarte en la solucion.
