I'm in need of a virtual assistant to support me with a range of tasks related to real estate and administration. Can work from 12pm spanish time. Ideally from ARGENTINA or an equivalent/closer time zone to Spain. English level: Upper intermediate or higher. Spanish level: Advanced or higher. Key responsibilities include: - Managing my inbox and responding to emails - Handling various administrative tasks - Conducting research on different topics - Organizing information in Excel - Scheduling appointments and managing my calendar The ideal candidate should: - Be able to dedicate between 10-20 hours per week to this role. - You can make calls and videocalls and mantain fluid communication. - Possess strong organizational and time management skills. - Have a background in real estate is valued but not mandatory. Tecnic requisites Internet connection between 50mp-100mp of download y 10mp of upload. Hardware: 8GB de RAM Mínimum processor Intel Core i5 or equivalent. Solid-state drive (SSD) as the main storage Please respond with your relevant experience and availability.
