I'm seeking a skilled virtual assistant to assist me with a range of tasks on a weekly basis. Your primary responsibilities would include: - Email management- Staying on top of my inbox and keeping communication lines open. - Creating job postings- Tailoring these to specific roles and requirements is key. - Using Google Sheets and Docs- Not just using, but really knowing your way around these platforms. You'll need to manage data, create reports, and handle documentation. I need someone with an advanced skill level with Google Sheets and Docs. - Communicating with influencers- You'll be sending DMs to certain influencers on Instagram following our agency’s message template. - Balancing Schedule- Creating a manageable routine and ensure all tasks are completed timely. Experience with Notion and Miro Board is also required. If you're well-organized, meticulous, and thrive in dynamic roles, this is the role for you.
