server to server comparison

I have a windows server that needs to be decommissioned and a new one brought online as a web server. I have moved all directories, websites, etc over to the new server. I need someone to double check what I have done and make sure EVERYTHING is setup exactly the same on both servers so that when I change DNS to the new server nothing breaks. Here are my current problems: 1. The server is running Ralio and I have setup the same version and everything on the new server but one or two settings I do not understand. I need this fixed. 2. I need the SSL certificates exported and put on the new server. 3. I need to know what the SQL Server database password for the user are within the coldfusion code. 4. This server has IIS and Ralio which looks like it is using tomcat to serve up the coldfusion pages. This is my observation and need verification. I need this done within 1 day so do not bid if you can not take the time to do it. Again I have everything pretty much setup already but just need a second set of eyes to look over what I have done and make sure it is setup to not break.
