The selected freelancer needs to: - Master 2D animation techniques, with a portfolio demonstrating previous similar projects. - Have a deep understanding of storyboarding, to create compelling narratives in line with the song. - Be gifted in character conception and development, specifically for human characters. - Demonstrate the capability to translate emotions into animation to align with the love/relationship theme of the song.
