I am looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide technical support by phone, email and live chat within the Voip Telecoms and Broadband industry. Telecoms experience is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer support orientated role, with a strong understanding of technical products – specifically, experience of working with technical support. This position does not require the candidate to be bilingual. The successful candidate will be able to provide prompt, accurate and professional support to customers. Problem solving skills is a must-have for this role, as it will involve troubleshooting complex customer queries with ease. The Customer Service Representative should have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure; as well as possessing a friendly and positive attitude. You must also be adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
