Proposal: SpeechGear is looking for an experienced and skilled C++ developer to develop custom Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) for our existing Streamer™ software package. The developer must have previous experience on VAC development. Here are the requirements:
1) VAC will create an audio driver
2) It will collect speaker output and pass it into microphone input
3) Speaker output cannot be restricted, the user must be able to listen the speaker output on their computer’s speakers at the same time the VAC is in use.
4) It will also collect other microphone input too
5) This driver will pass the audio stream to our software through TCP network, localhost:38142 and localhost:38143
6) it will send speaker output into localhost:38142 and other microphone input into localhost:38143
This software initially needs to run on Windows 10 OS. Please add 38142-38143 into your proposal. Also please include into proposal your previous experience on making VAC or any audio driver.
