Planning and building a solar system for electric bicycles. Only for people with solar experience

I'm looking to plan and build a solar system for electric bicycles. I have a budget of 250-750USD for this project and I need the motor to be specialized. I won't need a battery for the project. I'm looking for an experienced electric engineer or technician to help outline the plans of this solar system and follow through with creating it. The individual needs to have knowledge and experience in creating and designing solar systems and expertise with choosing hardware and components needed for the build. I'm looking for someone who is patient and willing to answer any questions I may have throughout the project. This project must be done within our given budget and timeframe. Attached are pictures of the electric bicycle, trailer, and data on the battery that the solar system needs to charge. About Us We are a traveling and adventurous couple for 48 years. Haim is 66 and Noga is 63. We have four adult children and seven grandchildren. In the past we had a factory for the production of molds for plastic injection (Shomrat Molds Ltd.), today Haim is mainly a volunteer bicycle instructor and Noga teaches mindfulness. In 2016, we went on a half-year cycling trip in Central Asia. We decided that on the next trip Noga will ride a motorized bicycle. I would like to receive a quote for the following project: 1. Characterization of energy needs battery operation, etc. 2. Design - planning components, wiring and battery options 3. Building a system: a. One option - building a system by the freelancer - purchasing materials (payment for the materials will apply on us), wiring and testing the system b.
