Hello,
I have extensive experience in designing specialized I/O boards for high-current servo drive modules. One of the key technical challenges in this project is ensuring the board can handle 35A of current for each driver, and I have successfully tackled similar high-current applications in the past.
To address this, I propose a robust circuit design with carefully selected components that can handle the specified current levels. Additionally, I will implement a feedback termination system incorporating dual Resolver, dual Quadrature Encoder, dual BiSS-C, dual HALL, Sensorless, and Motor temperature feedback options to provide comprehensive monitoring and control capabilities.
Furthermore, I will integrate the necessary circuitry for brake operation, including a 12v/4A brake, ensuring seamless functionality. The final board will adhere to the specified dimensions of 83x97mm and utilize the recommended connectors for power input, three-phase motor output, resolver, quadrature encoder, hall, motor temperature, and brake.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this project further and address any additional technical details or requirements you may have.
Best regards,
