I need someone who knows IOT infrastructure , its a small IOT assignment -- 2

Assume that we have a building with only 4 floors that we would like to make use of IoT to save energy consumption (both from the lights and heat) as well as improving the security for main door and garage. You need to choose proper sensors, actuators and controllers to design such a system. For instance you may need to use motion sensors to turn on or off the lights or you may need to use cameras to check any movement in the garage. Try to be creative in the design. We also expect you to motivate the choice of selecting specific sensors, actuators and controllers. For example, why do you need Raspberry pi or why not using a laptop? Moreover, you need to select proper communication technologies for each pieces of this system. You need to motivate your choices. For example, why do you need Ethernet in some parts or why you should use WiFi in another part? Do you need to connect the system to a central network? The motivations should be very clear and make sense. We also expect you to create a bill of materials for this system (possibly with the cost estimation). Imagine that you are proposing this design to a customer including the price with the special features you provide.
