I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the language is c++ under linux. I used c++ to make many great projects, for example, I made the tools which can convert java files to c++ scripts which has the same effect, of course garbage collection included. I have developed software like this when I was working in the hospital LIS software development. I'm familiar with the CSV format and industrial devices. I'm also familiar with Visual Studio 2013 environment, I've used for many years including 2 years developing hospital LIS (laboratory information system) software. I would like to work for this project. I want to do it as "making a prototype", letting you test and evaluate, then improve according to your feedback. Dear sir, I read your requires. As I understand is you need a c# program file can read, check error from a CSV file, make some edit and save in another CSV file. If it's right, I can do it.

Well In my day job I work as an Actuary who is constantly building python scripts that manipulate large amounts of excel/csv data using a module called xlwings. So I could get this done really quickly. I have read the document in the zip file and the manipulations need seem simple enough. I would just like to query some of the documentation that I think is a bit of i.e. In the the CSV conversion heading point number 10 it talks about the "value" column I think that this should be say the "Field" column. Also the in point 11 i think the type that shoud be searched for is "Byte" not "bool" Its not a big deal since you have included a worked example I should be able to simple back solve it for any of the unclear parts of the documetation. I hope that I get the job, as Ive only just started this and really want to build up my Rating. Kind Regards Alan
