We are looking for a solution to predict which (and when) current client will leave within a calendar year. The solution must be written in Python (although we may consider R). The solution must not use any other data than what we provide. The entire solution must be programmatic The solution must reach a minimum of 90% AUC (there is possible bonuses for meeting higher thresholds) We will provide a test set of data which you will need to produce results for based on your algorithm. We will evaluate the results based a pre-determined metric. Once our threshold is achieved we will pay you for the algorithm you developed and you will then send us the algorithm. Our group will supply you with further details (i.e. data, submission format, evaluation metric)

I have experience in machine learning algorithms and natural language processing. I have worked on various projects for building classification model that involves finding entities from a given unstructured data, predictive analytics using stock data. I have experience in using OpenNLP, GATE, WEKA for processing text and identifying entities such as name of person, organization, work, place. Also I have used Scipy, Numpy, Scikitlearn, nltk for building classification models in python. I can deliver the code using python. For classification rate for more than 90%, I will have to look at the data.
