We require 2/3 full-time members of staff to provide: Technical support by Email/Ticket/Livechat and Phone, for: Hosting servers (Linux), shared hosting, VPS hosting etc. You must have experience in: Linux Server Administration (Strong understanding of FTP, Apache, DNS, MySQL, Email, SSH, BIND, TCP/IP, Linux, cPanel/WHM) cPanel/WHM OpenVZ/Xen/KVM SolusVM In addition, you must speak fluent English and have experience providing technical support remotely to customers. Experience with PHP/MySQL would be beneficial, but not required. Please bid, in USD, your monthly expected salary based on a 40 hour working week.
