Job Description One Janitorial is a fast-growing Janitorial Company that continues to expand across North America. We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant & Social Media Manager that matches our companies culture and values. Responsibilities and Duties: Google Document & Sheets Creation Posting On Social Media & Uploading Blogs Scheduling Interview Research & PDF / Slides Recreation Communicate With Freelancers For Social Media General Admin Tasks Graphic design experience would be an asset but not necessary Qualifications and Skills REQUIREMENTS: Accents allowed but must be clear when speaking Excellent Written English Have 2 - 5 years experience in a Virtual Assistant Comfortable with posting on social media and figuring out programs to use Be able to prove that you implemented systems and process that have worked Must possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion Proficiency with both Microsoft Office/Google products and Excel Spreadsheets & Slides Must have excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines Our hours are 8- 4:30 Monday to Friday MTN time Canada (this is when you work) Additional Perks: 2 weeks vacation to start ******* If interested please fill go to this link and fill out this disc assessment - [login to view URL]*TTGOO%27==R FULL TIME JOB!
