We are not Receiving Emails. Might be WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue table corrupted.

We had a hardisk malfunction where we lost one month data from odoo 8 erp, we were able to recover the lost files on the disk but we cannot relaunch the server with the data. We require data recovery expert to complete the recovery process.

Chinese had a crack at it mainly payment gateway redirection to gaming site and spamming emails from new customer registration. Site has been cleaned and moved to Centos 8.3 and Magento 2.2. Altium project of simple 4-layer RFID board is 99% done. There are only 10 non-critical lines to route but the inner layers seem to have become corrupted and we cannot finish the layout.
