Hello,what you need is a multiple DC output power supply of 12v and 5v the other remaining can be stepped down to the other voltages using voltage regulators. I can design a switching power supply for you where you can only have two output voltage and then use switching regulators to step down to the required 3v outputs. At first glace the system the power supply can be a flyback converter with a transformare how can source both 12V and 5V or, with a simpler one who can source 12V followed by some LDO.
