Hi, I am a pro photographer and own software called FotoBiz and the maker of the software is unable to solve an issue I have on my 2010 MacPro running High Sierra. It is a software activation issue, They say I am the only person to ever have such an issue and that I need to have a clean install to fix it. I find it ridiculous that they cannot fix my issue w/o doing a clean install. The...something on my MacPro that is preventing this software from properly activating.
