I need a proficient expert in Object Detection to create a system that can a...order to choose where I want the program to count. I have a lot of videos that need to be counted so I will need to be able to apply this to different angles and videos. Attached is a picture of what I have right now but, it could be improved significantly. For example, the detection sometimes loses the car and recaptures it, and it counts as two cars, I am only able to detect cars with the horizontal line and I am not able to move it easily, I can only count cars on one line and don't have multiple directions of traffic being counted at the same time. These are just some of the difficulties that I would like to have fixed. If anyone would be able to help with this kind of project it would be great...

Clear the background of 71 pictures. Resize the canvas into a square. Make sure the object is horizontal and position it in the center. save the files in 300dpi.
